blog My Mornings in 2026

As part of my goal to be more organized, I wanted to document some of my morning routine. My day starts at night, in the sense that I have found the best way to have consistent mornings, is to have (as much as possible) consistent evenings. Knowing that I feel best with at least 7 hours of sleep, I try to ensure I am in bed by midnight, and try to avoid my phone too much in bed.
